Much like our product, our story involves combining the best of two cultures. Hany, an immigrant from the Middle East with a nostalgic love for a treasured food – falafel – and Linda, a grandmother from the Midwest with decades of experience creating healthy, delicious food for her family and friends.

Isolated during the pandemic, we spent long hours in the kitchen creating, experimenting, and enjoying flavors from around the world with a twist. That is when we came across the idea of making falafel (yum) but in the form of a waffle (yum). The pandemic taught us to bring out the best in each other and inspired us to bring out the best of our culinary experience.

We are proud to have come together to develop a product that is both tasty and nutritious. We love the result! In fact, “Habibi” – the name of our company – means ‘my love’ in Arabic. We are certain that you will love it too.
